Our services include:

• Initial market screening

We perform market screening and analysis of potential acquisition targets across CEE region.  The process results in a comprehensive ‚long-list’ of potential targets based on selection criteria agreed.

• Establishing contacts with selected targets, building relations with potential target

Based on ‘long list’ and prepared profiles of potential targets we help to select a ‚short-list’ of prioritised candidates, that have best suited profiles and match the previously agreed criteria. We establish working contacts with target companies and arrange the first meetings between our clients and target companies. During the whole process we support both parties and assist in getting to know mutual expectations towards the transaction.

• Transaction implementation

Once exclusivity, term sheets or other appropriate milestones are met, legal and financial due diligence commence, as well as negotiations of an SPA or other transaction and supporting documents. We support our clients through this process up to transaction completion, helping to select and co-ordinate the work of lawyers and other advisors.
