Jantoń – leading producer of alcoholic beverages in Poland, acquiring an investor for Jantoń – Private Equity Fund Enterprise Investors

Jantoń’s core products are wines, ciders and FABs (flavored alcoholic beverages) with an alcohol content up to 22%. Led by a strong and competent management team, in 2016 the company generated revenues exceeding EUR 40 million. Jantoń sells its products under c. 20 different brands and has built a significant presence in all modern retail channels, including discounters.

The company’s excellent sales performance confirms its ability to create brands with strong customer appeal.

CIC Corporate Finance acting as a financial and transaction advisor in the process of acquiring an investor for Jantoń, has concluded a management buyout agreement.
Management buyout led by Jakub Nowak – the current manager of Jantoń has been financed by Private Equity Fund Enterprise Investors. Transaction value has not been disclosed.
