Seaside Park Hotel is a modern four-star hotel located in Kołobrzeg, Poland’s largest and most popular seaside tourist destination, situated directly on the first coastline, just 20 meters from the beach, with direct views of the Baltic Sea.
The hotel offers 210 high-standard rooms and apartments and, since its opening in 2019, has been welcoming thousands of guests each year, delivering a premium hospitality experience on the Polish coast.
Guests benefit from a wide range of recreational and wellness facilities, as well as an on-site restaurant and bar.
As part of the process, CIC Corporate Finance acted as the exclusive financial and transaction adviser to PVCF I B.V. in securing new investors for Seaside Park Hotel in Kołobrzeg. The scope of work included a comprehensive analysis of the hospitality market as well as support in structuring and finalizing the transaction, resulting in the sale of 100% of the shares to a Private Investors.
