CIC Corporate Finance z sukcesem przeprowadził proces sprzedaży spółki Jantoń – wiodącego producenta napojów alkoholowych w Polsce

CIC Corporate Finance działając jako doradca finansowy i transakcyjny w procesie pozyskania inwestora dla Jantoń doprowadził do zawarcia umowy wykupu menadżerskiego z udziałem Jakuba Nowaka – obecnego zarządzającego Jantoń sfinansował fundusz private equity Enterprise Investors. Wartość transakcji nie została ujawniona.

Jantoń specjalizuje się w produkcji napojów o zawartości alkoholu do 22%. W 2016 roku ta zarządzana przez silny zespół menedżerski spółka osiągnęła przychody na poziomie 170 milionów PLN. Jej produkty sprzedawane są pod blisko 20 markami, z których najbardziej rozpoznawalne to: Kadarka Prestige, Zbójeckie Grzane, czy Cydr Dobroński. Wyroby Jantoń obecne są we wszystkich nowoczesnych kanałach sprzedaży detalicznej, w tym w sieciach dyskontowych. Dobre wyniki sprzedaży potwierdziły zdolność spółki do kreowania marek odpowiadających na potrzeby klientów. Nowoczesna baza produkcyjna oraz centralny magazyn firmy zlokalizowane są w Dobroniu koło Łodzi.

Po sfinalizowaniu transakcji firma skoncentruje swoje wysiłki na umacnianiu pozycji lidera w obszarze kluczowych linii biznesowych. „W najbliższych miesiącach przede wszystkim będziemy zajmować się wprowadzeniem na rynek nowych marek oraz rozbudowywaniem istniejącej gamy produktów. Jednym z naszych priorytetów jest wsparcie rozwoju linii Monte Santi” – powiedział Jakub Nowak, prezes zarządu Jantoń.

CIC Corporate Finance pełnił rolę doradcy finansowego i transakcyjnego w procesie pozyskania inwestora dla Jantoń obejmującym wyselekcjonowanie inwestorów, strukturyzację transakcji oraz jej przeprowadzenie.

CIC Corporate Finance acting as a financial and transaction advisor in the process of acquiring an investor for Jantoń, has concluded a management buyout agreement. Management buyout led by Jakub Nowak – the current manager of Jantoń has been financed by Private Equity Fund Enterprise Investors. Transaction value has not been disclosed.

Jantoń’s core products are wines, ciders and FABs (flavored alcoholic beverages) with an alcohol content up to 22%. Led by a strong and competent management team, in 2016 the company generated revenues exceeding EUR 40 million. Jantoń sells its products under c. 20 different brands and has built a significant presence in all modern retail channels, including discounters. The company’s excellent sales performance confirms its ability to create brands with strong customer appeal. Jantoń operates from a modern production plant and has a state-of-the-art warehouse, both located in Dobroń, central Poland.
